When I decided I was coming home for Spring Break I knew I wanted to put together a little somethin’ somethin’ for Easter. My mom’s house has the most gorgeous sunporch, where the light shines through in the most gorgeous way. (Remember it here?) I put together this intimate brunch setting for a little family gathering. I kept the decorations minimal, with tons of Spring touches. Our local Marshall’s had these pastel dishes that I knew would work perfectly. For the flowers I purchased a large grocery store bouquet and split it up into an eclectic mix of arrangements. I find that I’m more of a fan of little vases these days!
The Cinnabon waffles are SUPER easy to make! All you need is one roll of Pillsbury cinnamon rolls and a waffle maker! Start by preheating your waffle maker to medium-high. Next, cut each cinnamon roll in half and place 4 1/2 pieces in a round formation on the waffle maker, corner to corner. Close the waffle maker and press with force. Cook for about 7-9 minutes, or until desired golden brown. Serve with icing, fruit, honey, or a scoop of ice cream and enjoy!
