It’s officially December and I could’t be more happy about it. December is, without a doubt, my favorite month. Christmas is my favorite, cozy winter mornings are my favorite, and S’mores around the campfire are my favorite.
Do you know what else is my favorite? This Charcuterie party that we put together! Keep reading to find out more, including your very own printable!
About The Table & Decor
Everyone has fond memories of their family loving and laughing around the dinner table. It’s a place where people gather, and make great memories together. To me, that is everything that the holiday’s are about. Everyone gets so caught up in the little things related to the holidays, it’s important to find a way to slow down and enjoy the small things – AKA, invite your friends and family over for a Charcuterie Party!
By now, I’m sure you’re aware that I’m candle obsessed. Not only do they smell great, but I love that they evoke memories just by lighting. For example, whenever I smell anything pumpkin or apple related, I automatically think of home. It’s a scent that makes me feel warm, loved, and at peace.
That’s why I knew I had to use American Home™ by Yankee Candle® to accent this tablescape. It all started with the garland that went down the center of the table and cascaded down the sides. (Made by Little Miss Lovely if you’re in the area.) I then put in roses and holly leaves to add a little pop of color to the garland. Once this was done, I added my favorite fragrances from the brand. To add dimension to the tablescape, buy a variety of fragrances and jar sizes. I also added a few vintage candlesticks behind to add some height to the table.
The Yankee Candle® name is a quality and trusted brand and now you can purchase the American Home™ by Yankee Candle® brand at Walmart. American Home™ by Yankee Candle® brand offers high quality, rich, fragrances with a long lasting aromatic impact. They also offer a clean burn from start to end. I’m currently loving the Pumpkin Apple Harvest and Fresh Apple fragrances! They also have amazing seasonal fragrances such as Sugar Coated Cinnamon, Fresh Balsam Fir, and Sweet & Salty Caramel. Find out more about their seasonal fragrances, as well as lots of DIY and tutorial ideas here.
SAFE-USE CANDLE INSTRUCTIONS
Always burn your candle on a heat resistant surface, keep it out of drafts and NEVER leave it unattended while lit.
Please make sure the candle wicks are cut 1/8 of an inch to ensure the flame isn’t too large
Each time you burn your candle, allow the entire top layer to become a fragrant pool of liquid wax and you’ll get the biggest, boldest fragrance possible.
When only ½” of the wax remains, it’s time to let your candle go. You can also try the freezer method to remove wax so you can reuse the jar for another purpose.
The Invite (Printable!)
I don’t do printables often, but when I do I make sure I make them good! I was concocting up things that would make this party post extra special, and I thought, what if I shared an invite that you could all send out? You could print this out, fill in the details and send them off, OR send them via email/social media. A lot of times I will make a private Facebook event for parties like this, and then invite everyone to one page to make updates super easy to get.

American Home™ by Yankee Candle® fragrances also make a great gift idea. (Did you see my first Gift Guide of the season last week?!) I will be keeping a few extras on hand for hostess gifts with all of the holiday parties coming up. You could also wrap them up into a cute gift basket! (Think like this.)
