Happy Monday! What better way to start the week then on a healthy note?
I first thought about putting my morning smoothie in a coconut when Bri shared what she calls “Amazebowls.” How freaking pretty are those! It’s becoming a morning ritual of mine now to start my day off with a protein smoothie. It’s a great way to get your body kickstarted and really makes you feel great for the rest of the day. Plus, when you serve it in a coconut you get a little bit of shaved coconut in every bite. So refreshing!
- 1/2 cup Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Peaches
- 1/2 cup Pineapple
- 2 cups Almond Breeze Vanilla
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- Put all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve in coconut if desired. Enjoy!
