There are two things that I’ve grown to have a passion for through this blog; trying new beauty products and fitness. I’ve always loved beauty, but I would often stick with the usual products. Through getting to share them with my readers, it’s become really fun to try new things and even get suggestions from you all!
Recently I’ve found a brand that combines both of those things, so I knew I had to share it with you all! Now that the weather has cooled down and it’s not sticky humid, I’ve been taking my workouts outdoors more. Even if it’s a quick walk, I love to be outside, especially during the Fall. I thought I’d share with you today what I always have with me for an outdoor workout!
Aobiome Mother Dirt AO+ Mist, Cleanser, & Shampoo For All Workouts
I know you’re wondering what this brand is that I’ve hinted to, so I’m going to cut straight to the chase. This beautiful video gives a great look into what Mother Dirt is all about. I love that it gives me an idea of where I am at physically, and it pushes me to keep going if I’m falling below my goal for the day.

I’m all about Spotify, and I’ve made a lot of different workout playlists. Music is a really great tool to get you moving and active!
A Cute Water Bottle
Because these things really matter, right?! Haha. I’ve collected quite a few S’well bottles that I rotate. This one usually lives in my gym bag so that I know I’ll have one on hand when I want to workout. A S’well was a great investment for me, especially when I was working out outdoors in the humidity. It really does keep your water ice-cold!
Lastly, I ALWAYS make sure there are snacks on-hand. I get so hangry and intolerable to be around if I don’t eat something immediately after exercise. I seem to choose granola or snack bars that are easy to throw and go.
